In other words, if you bypass certain items/quests available during a certain chapter of the game, once you progress to the subsequent chapter and beyond, these items will effectively despawn and become unavailable for the remainder of the playthrough.
This condition applies to a variety of items, from accessories to spirits. Especially if you’re looking to obtain all achievements in the game, you’ll need to be very mindful about exploring and completing everything each chapter has to offer.
