Activision has confirmed that you are allowed to stream MW3 once the game is out somewhere in the world, which is midnight local time in New Zealand, which is 11am ET on Nov. 9. That’s the earliest anyone in the world can play Modern Warfare 3, and that time has passed. There are ways around in, but we wouldn’t recommend them, due to the possibility of being banned for breaking terms of service.

Activision has now confirmed that the MW3 Zombies and multiplayer modes are set to release on Nov. 9 at 9pm PST/12am on Nov. 10. You canpreload the gameright now, so load up your console or PC and get itinstalled.
