Will AGDQ 2023 Be In-Person or Online
Given the state’s continued disregard for COVID-19’s dangers (including anti-mandate policies) and an increased aggression towards LGBTQ+ individuals, including the law colloquially known as “Don’t Say Gay,” we do not believe it is a safe place for our community.
AlthoughSummer Games Done Quick (SGDQ) 2022brought back the in-person portion of these events when they returned to Bloomington, MN,AGDQ 2023 will be online only. In the announcement tweet, it was stated that the live event was pulled from its venue in Florida, citing the state government’s lax COVID-19 policies and their disregard for LGBTQ+ rights.

That’s all there is to know aboutwhen AGDQ 2023 is and how to stream the event. The event itself is still four months away, but if you’re looking to get involved, then make sure to move quickly.
